We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Refund window

If PublishSnaps does not work for you, email support@sanoratech.com within 14 days of purchase with your Payment ID (pay_…) and we will refund you in full.

What happens after a refund

The license attached to a refunded payment is deactivated on all devices, including access to Cloud Sync, so download any synced projects you want to keep before requesting a refund. Projects stored in your browser are not affected.

Payments processor

Refunds are issued through Dodo Payments to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank.
